Suggested Use
Adult – Mix 1g (1/3 tsp) once to 3 times a day in water or juice. At the onset of cold symptoms, the dose may be increased to 2g – 5g a day.
Children 4 – 12 years – Only as professionally prescribed. Not to be used by children under 4 years of age.
