Usually, sodium ascorbate is recommended for people who have gastrointestinal problems associated with ascorbic acid. Sodium ascorbate is considered mild and more abdomen friendly.

Suggested Use
Adults – Take 1g – 3g a day with water or juice with a meal. At the onset of cold symptoms, the dose may be increased to 2g – 5g a day.
Children 4 – 12 years – Only as professionally prescribed. Not to be used by children under 4 years of age.
